Ben is always so willing to help and is quick to handle any request that is thrown at him (even the very last minute ones). As well as being great at what he does, Ben is a friendly and approachable person who is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers! He keeps us regularly updated with stats and figures and we know he is always going to be there at the end of the phone or computer if we ever need him. I honestly cannot recommend him enough.
